At Balanced Business Solutions, we ensure that all bookkeeping is done to minimize our clients tax liability as well as making sure the tax laws and guidelines are followed. In addition to attention to small details of your business, we are also Errors and Omissions insured to protect our clients as well as our bookkeepers.

Each business is unique, and with that comes a variety of bookkeeping. It is easy to get behind on your bookkeeping when you are working on being profitable and making money in your business. We offer clean up services in addition to our monthly price plans to help get our clients on the right track. Clean up services are charged based on the work and time required to finish the project. These services will require a meeting to assess how much they are. With all clean up services, 50% of the total is due upon starting the project, and the remaining 50% is due once the project is complete. 

Yes! We offer hourly rate bookkeeping and tax prep, as well as on site bookkeeping; however, please keep in mind that on site bookkeeping requires a trip charge based on your distance from us. We also offer payroll processing, business formation set up, QuickBooks Online Set Up, QuickBooks Desktop Set Up, 1099 filing, and Notary Services.
